Management Structure
Each separate company within Hayleys Advantis holds, in addition to functional and cross-functional team meetings, monthly management meetings of a Committee consisting of all Executives and Divisional Managers (the EDMC). The divisional heads in-turn report issues and divisional performance at a monthly CODM (Committee of Divisional Managers’) meeting, at which the Directors are always present. This structure ensures opportunities for full participation in management decision-making and establishes an excellent reference point for performance appraisal. In addition,
- Directors meetings are held with the separate divisional teams, boosting morale & cutting through hierarchy, and
- Divisional Managers meet independently of the Directors, boosting inter-divisional dialog and exploitation of synergies.
