A.M. Pandithage (Chairman)
Joined Hayleys in 1969. Appointed a Director of Hayleys Advantis in 1981 and Managing Director in 1988. Appointed Group Executive Director of Hayleys in 1996 and to the Board in 1998, Deputy Chairman in January 2007 and Chairman & Chief Executive of Hayleys Group in July 2009. Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport. Director, Sri Lanka Port Management & Consultancy Services Ltd. Former Chairman of the Ceylon Association of Ships' Agents. Former Director of both the Sri Lanka Ports Authority & Jaya Container Terminals Ltd. Member of the Presidential Committee on Maritime Matters.
L. R. V. Waidyaratne (Managing Director)
Joined Hayleys Advantis Group in 1985. Was appointed a Director to a subsidiary Company in 1996 and a Director of Hayleys Advantis Limited in July 2002, he was appointed as the Deputy Managing Director of Hayleys Advantis Group in January 2010 and went on to be appointed to the Hayleys Group Management Committee in February 2011. He was appointed as the Managing Director of Hayleys Advantis Limited in April 2011. Ruwan is a former Chairman of the Sri Lanka Freight Forwarders Association (SLFFA) and currently functions as a member of the Advisory Council of the Association. He holds an MBA from the Edith Cowan University of Western Australia.
M O Raban
Having joined Hayleys in 1970 was appointed a Director of Hayleys Advantis Group in 1989. He was appointed Group Managing Director in April 2007 – a position he since relinquished on March 31st 2011. Appointed to the Hayleys Group Management Committee in April 2001 and continues to serve in that position as an executive Director of Hayleys Advantis Ltd.
S. R. Sadanandan
Executive Director responsible for Finance, Human Resource Management and Information Systems Management in the Group. Was appointed as a Director of the Hayleys Advantis Group in 1989 having joined the Group in 1984. Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK (FCMA) and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Colombo.
T. U. K. Peiris
Joined Hayleys Advantis Group in 1987. Was appointed a Director to a Subsidiary Company in 2004. Appointed as a member of the Committee of Management of Hayleys Advantis Group in April 2007. Was appointed to the Board of Hayleys Advantis Group in April 2009.
A M Senaratna
Appointed to the Hayleys Board in November 2005 and to the Hayleys Advantis Board in April 2009. Currently resides in Canada and acts as a Consultant to companies globally. Previously held senior positions with Amsterdam based TNT/TPG; as a member of the Global Business Development Board, as Vice President Acquisitions, Vice President and General Manager TNT Logistics North America and President designate TNT Indonesia. He has also been in senior/strategic roles with Celestica (former IBM Manufacturing), Ryder, Rockwell International, Canada Steamship Lines and Pepsi Cola. Holds a B.Sc. from the University of Ceylon, Colombo, and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA Canada).
S C Ganegoda
Rejoined Hayleys PLC in March 2007 after working for Hayleys and Diesel & Motor Engineering Co between 1987 and 2002, ultimately as an Executive Director of the latter and holding several senior managerial positions in large private sector entities in Sri Lanka and overseas. Appointed to the Group Management Committee in July 2007, the Board of Hayleys PLC in September 2009. He overlooks Group Corporate Finance and Strategic Business Development. Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and Member of Certified Management Accountants of Australia, he holds an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
R Seevaratnam
He serves as a Non-executive Director of Haycarb PLC, Dipped Products PLC, Hayleys-MGT Knitting Mills PLC and Kelani Valley Plantations PLC. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA), Sri Lanka and England & Wales, holding a BSc. from the University of London. He is a former senior Partner of KMPG Ford, Rhodes, Thornton and Company. He was appointed to the Board of Hayleys Advantis Group in December 2009.
A B Ratnayake
Joined Hayleys Advantis Group in 1988. Was appointed as a Director to a Subsidiary Company in 2003, a member of the Committee of Management of Hayleys Advantis in 2008 and to the Hayleys Advantis Board of Directors in February, 2010. He holds an MBA from the University of Wales, Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing - UK, and is a member of CMA – Australia.
